Background: To analyze the correlations between plasma coagulation factor VII (FVII), plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1), uric acid, and insulin resistance (IR) diabetic macroangiopathy (DMAP) in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).
